This heading covers pebbles, gravel, crushed stone, chippings and flint commonly used in concrete, roads, railways and similar work, including heat-treated material. It also covers macadam made from slag or similar industrial waste, tar macadam, and granules, chips and powder from stones covered by headings 2515 or 2516, including heat-treated material.
