This covers used clothing, clothing accessories, blankets and similar items, and used household or home textiles, including footwear and headwear, made of textile material of any kind. The items must show clear signs of wear and be unpackaged or packed loose in bales, sacks or similar packaging, in unwrapped bundles or loosely in crates; floor coverings, tapestries, and bedding or similar items covered elsewhere are excluded.
