This covers insulating parts for electrical machines, appliances and equipment when the part is made entirely of insulating material, apart from simple metal assembly parts embedded in it. It also covers electrical installation tubes and their fittings made of base metal with internal insulation, but not electrical insulators covered elsewhere.
