Raw hides and skins, except fur skins, and leather

This covers raw hides and skins other than fur skins, as well as leather and certain leather-based materials. The relevant child depends mainly on the animal or material and whether it is raw, tanned or crust, further prepared, a special type of leather, or leather-based artificial leather or waste.
